What are calories? For me, calories are important to our body because this is one of our sources to have a good body energy. But high food calories have limited to eat. And here my some tips to guide you.

For people who are really need to lose weight. Try this…

  1. You must limit to eat animal fats likes fish oil, beef oil, pork oil, chicken oil, and the foods that high oil, and etc.
  2. You must limit to eat that has oil like soybean, peanut, palm, and olive.
  3. You must avoid or limit eating salad dressing because this is high fats and oil.
  4. You must avoid or limit eating junk foods like snacks and candies.
  5. You must limit to eat cheese because cheese is a tasty addition to most any dish. The cheese has one of the most calories.
  6. You must avoid or limit fried foods like fried chicken.
  7. You must limit to eat processed meats like longganisa and chorizo.
  8. You must limit larger meals of calorie dense foods like rice, mashed potatoes, and pasta.
  9. You must limit Drink Calories like soft drinks.
