Some
people eat in response to their feelings like out of sadness or happiness. This
is not a healthy way to react to our feelings. Sometimes people overeat and
become an unhealthy weight. Or the exact opposite can happen, where people will
not eat at all because of their feelings. Starving oneself is dangerous and can
lead to other health problems.
Never starve yourself or purge what you've already
eaten. Both of these habits can be extremely damaging to your body and may even
irreparably damage your body. Instead, maintain a healthy diet filled with
fruits, vegetables and proteins. Cut down on excess starches and sugars. Drink
plenty of water, and get a moderate level of exercise each day.
