For most of us, food is more than just the nourishment needed
for our survival. But should we really feel guilty for eating something simply
for the pleasure of it, of course not. So why do we?

your body and allowing you to survive.

driven by the fast food joint rather than going in.

7. Reducing stress in your life can help you avoid
emotional eating.
