Why we eat food? Every people love
eating as well, because eating is our daily hobbits in our life. As you can
see, food is one of our sources to live
by providing it with the many nutrients that are essential for good health.
This is why you frequently read about the importance of a balanced diet and eating healthy. But overeating is bad in our health because you may become
obesity.
How
to stop overeating to avoid obesity? For me, you must eat slowly to
feel the present of foods. Be aware to be more attentive about the
whole eating experience. For example, don't eat when you are driving or at the
computer and etc. Make the first bites count. Food enjoyment
comes in the initial bites. Keep up appearances by using a smaller plate and
paying attention to the presentation of a meal can increase your awareness of
the food in front of you and help you stop eating when you are comfortable. Choose
satisfying foods.
